If you’re like me when I started CrossFit, you probably aren’t sure what to expect in a CrossFit Gym. Maybe you’ve seen some videos of professional athletes or you have a crazy co-worker who does CrossFit. Maybe you think those people are crazy and you could never do anything like that. I’m going to tell you that you can do amazing things and you don’t know it yet.

Our approach is simple: you show up to class we coach you through a warm-up, workout, and cool down. We will coach you through scaling/modifications to fit your specific needs. If you’re brand new to working out and can’t do a push-up or pull-up, that’s fine, we’ll get you there by working through scaling options that help you develop the requisite strength and skills to do those more advanced movements.

Best of all, you will have the backing of an entire community of supportive individuals and coaches who will keep you motivated to keep coming back, to keep working hard, and to keep making progress forward.
